Presenters are expected to follow the time limits that are given to them and in cases where there is more than one author presenting the abstract, all speakers are required to present within the established presentation time. NOTE: Presentation time/duration must include Q&A. If your allotted time is less than 60 minutes, you will be sharing the session with other presenters. As a courtesy to all presenters and the session chair, please plan to be present for the entire 60 minute session. Room monitors will be in the session rooms to ensure sessions are running on time.
It is expected that you will prepare a PowerPoint presentation with visuals to support your presentation. All session room screens will be in 16:9 format (wide screen) so your .ppt file should be set appropriately to 16:9 dimensions. Video files MUST be embedded into your .ppt (PowerPoint) file. The maximum file size for your presentation is 150 MB. Macintosh presentations (i.e. Keynote) cannot be accommodated, unless saved to a PC-formatted USB stick. Presenters have the option to use the APAIE 2020 PPT TEMPLATE for their presentation.
By accepting to present this abstract, you agree to sharing materials presented at APAIE 2020 (as part of your workshop/ presentation/ poster) on the 2020 conference resource page, which will be available post-conference.
Poster Size and Printing
Authors with poster presentations should bring a paper copy of their poster with a maximum size of 45” (wide) x 40” (high) – landscape format. Push pins will be provided in the Exhibit Hall to set-up posters. Poster number(s) will be displayed on your poster board.
Please note the Conference will not be offering an onsite poster printing service.
Further information on the poster set up times and viewing times will be provided at a later stage.
